Shipping Locations

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders delivered within Canada.

We also ship internationally. Shipping fees for destinations outside Canada will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders shipping within Canada. No minimum purchase is required.
  • International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on country, shipping method, and parcel weight.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

To ensure realistic expectations, the following timeframe applies:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 8:00 PM (Newfounland-standard time GMT-03:30). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing/Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit Time (Canada): 6–12 business days.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Window: Approximately 7–14 business days from the time the order is placed.

During busy seasons, holidays, customs processing, or unexpected carrier delays, extended delivery times may occur.


Carriers Used

Depending on the shipping address, warehouse location, and logistics availability, shipments may be handled by:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • Local courier partners

Carrier selection cannot be requested or changed after ordering.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing a tracking number and tracking link.

A tracking page is available on our website under “Track My Order.”


Customs, Duties and Import Fees

As our products are shipped from international suppliers, orders may be subject to customs processing, inspection delays, duties, GST/HST, or courier brokerage fees depending on provincial regulations.

These additional costs are not included in the item price or shipping rate and are solely the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Issues, Delays, or Lost Shipments

If you believe your order is delayed, stuck in transit, delivered incorrectly, or lost, please contact our support team within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist with:

  • Tracking inquiries
  • Resolving postal delays
  • Carrier investigations

Resolutions may include replacement or alternative solutions based on the outcome of the investigation.
