PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes — returns are accepted.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must include all original labels, accessories, packaging, and components.
  2. The item must show only normal handling. Items damaged through misuse or improper care will not be accepted.
  3. Products that fall under hygiene regulations (e.g., lingerie, shapewear, earrings, beauty tools) must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
  4. Any item that arrives damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.
  5. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Your return will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Bellamour Fashion reserves the right to reject any return if we suspect the item has been worn, used, damaged, washed, or returned incomplete.


How to Start a Return

If your order meets the eligibility requirements, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: info@bellamourfashion.com
  2. Include the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (required if damaged or defective)
  • First and last name
  • Customer address

After reviewing your request, we will provide the official return instructions and warehouse address.

🚫 Do NOT return the package to the sender address. Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.


Right of Withdrawal (Canada Consumer Protection Guidelines)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, provided that:

  • The product has not been used
  • The packaging is intact
  • The item does not fall under excluded categories (such as hygiene-sensitive items)

As our fulfillment system is automated, orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you must wait to receive the item and then return it.


Orders in Transit

Our products are shipped from international distribution centers (Asia), which may result in longer delivery times.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still request a return after delivery.

To help us process your return faster, please provide proof of return shipment once sent.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued within 14 days.

Refunds will be sent using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

📦 All returned goods must be shipped to our central warehouse.
Return shipping fees are always paid by the customer.
